The base price of $899 covers labor and misc parts to do your build. It does not include the following:
Garand Stock & Hardware
Trigger that needs to be modified
Buffer Tube/Rear Plate
Bipod or Handle
Return shipping
All of these items can be provided for an additional cost on a per item basis. If you have those items, you can ship them without the firearm and the final product will be shipped back. The only pieces required to do the build is the stock, buffer tube, and trigger.
The final product would be the stock (refinished if desired), attached to the rear plate/buffer tube, trigger guard, and modified trigger.
